Core Competency Reflection

I am well aware of the difference between simple “group work” and collaboration: group work is where each person does their own work, but collaboration is where everyone helps each other to complete the assignment.

If there are differences within the group, I found that as long as the completed goals are stated in advance and the two sides judge each other, the optimal solution will be obtained after comparison, and the differences will also be resolved.

I show that I value the feedback of others on the team by even if time is tight, as long as someone has a comment I will be distracted to listen and give feedback.
