Core Competency Reflection
- I generate new ideas as I puruse my interests.
I chose this one because I will often spread my thoughts and imagine how I can make the results of my work better.
2. I can ask open-ended questions to gather information.
These questions are not only for others, but also for myself.
3. I would consider not a way to move on and make a choice.
Usually when I am doing important things, I will reflect on myself, think about what the result will be if I really do what I think, and make comparisons before making a choice.
4. I can set realistic goals and achieve them.
When I set goals, I will set goals within my ability, not beyond my ability.
