· Make a step-by-step production plan and complete each step carefully, which is a habit I have developed
· I handle and use food ingredients with precision and in a way that minimizes waste
· I can identify and use appropriate tools, techniques, materials and production processes.

Deciding how and with whom to share prepared meals?
I usually share the food I make with my family and ask them to comment for correction or improvement. If I just do it in my spare time, I will not make too much, about 2 people, so that there will be no food waste.
Core Competency Reflection
· When I need to cooperate with people I am not familiar with, I will ask, communicate and discuss more frequently. This will increase our tacit understanding or achieve better cooperation results.
· If there are differences within the group, I find that the discussion may not necessarily solve the problem, but there must be an answer, but at this time I prefer to read the recipe or ask the teacher.
· As an active listener, I noticed that not only did the other person feel comfortable while I was listening, but I might also learn something new, which would be helpful to both of us.
