
A healthy lifestyle for me includes playing soccer, going to the gym 6 times a week, and eating enough food in order to gain muscle and have energy to exercise and play soccer. Doing these things helps get my mind off of the stressful parts of my life and gives me something to do and be a part of. To reduce my stress, I listen to music, do deep breathing, and I pray. This usually helps relieve my stress but one thing I should work on is getting more sleep in order to feel refreshed in the morning and have more energy to be active throughout the day.

I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community: During this unit, I was able to participate by answering questions, doing the homework, and discussing the topics with classmates.
I can appreciate diverse perspectives on issues and can resolve problems respectfully and effectively: In this unit, we explored different diets and I was able to listen to peoples perspectives on the diets and make decisions for myself.
I find it easy to be part of a group: In this unit, I was able to discuss diets and healthy lifestyle with a group of people. Everyone got along and was supportive of one another.
