
When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I always take a break from work and take a walk. A small walk can help me to take a break, which helps me a lot when I get back to work.
When I am feeling anxious about a test, I can calm myself by listening to music. During studying, I also like to listen to calm and relaxing music to reduce my anxiety.
When I make mistakes, I don’t beat myself up. Instead, I ask for my peers’ and teachers’ help to solve the problem and make sure I will not make the same mistake again.
When distractions are getting in the way of my work, I will move to another place to study and put my phone away from me.
