
Coping with Stress and Anxiety:
Some of my main causes of stress and anxiety are family stuff and school work. After learning about new strategies I will be going on walks when I am stressed. I can demonstrate self-regulation and use coping strategies for stress such as taking naps after stress works for me, I will always be using this strategy for me sometimes sleeping makes me think more logically about the situation later.
Healthy Digital Device Use:
Main causes of stress including my device, is it being a distraction is at home. Doing my home work at home I have the freedom of having my phone on and playing. I tend to end up watching more than doing my work this causes my stress because I know I need to do my work and Im just putting it aside. I can make decisions and take steps to support my well-being, including a healthy and balanced lifestyle with my device time by setting time limits and or delete some over used apps.
