COOKING AT HOME: OPTION #4 Building my skills – Technique

For my skill I choose cutting and dicing. I wanted to improve my cutting skills. I didn’t use a video or website my mom was directing me. For the dish we made soup from what we had in the house. For someone that was learning how to cut foods , make sure you keep your figures away. A challenge I had was keeping all the vegetables the same size to cook evenly. To over come this I tired to keep focus the whole time. My greatest success was the final product it was very yummy and no left overs. The thing I’m most proud of was my cutting skills because I did a really good job.
