Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen when I work in a group setting and I am staying on task giving useful information. If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to find an equal balance between the disagreement within the group. Some of the ways I work to build and maintain relationships is to find a healthy balance between everything and try to balance out my work life with my social life as well.
