Cooking at home option 2

Here i made fried rice, using leftover old rice i had in the fridge. It looked very messy and a bit unappealing but tasted very nice and flavourful. While I was cooking, I added in soysauce and fishsauce which gave off a nice salty fishy smell, I could also hear the pan sizzle as i was frying it up. The fried rice had different textures made from the different ingredients inside, like the crispy rice and sauteed spinach. I didn’t use a recipe for this, i just used what i had in the fridge and threw it in the rice. If I made fried rice again i’d wish i had more ingredients to put in just so there would be more flavour. I didn’t face any challenges, but my greatest success in this dish was the taste. I thought it’d taste either too plain or too salty but I’m actually proud it came out just right.
