Cooking at Home

Here I made pesto pasta using what I already had in my kitchen. You can see 3 different colours, red, green and tan-ish yellow. The pasta had a very nice garlic and spinach-y smell, and also tasted garlic-y with bursts of flavour from the tomatoes. The texture of the pasta noodles was nice and wasn’t too chewy. Other than that it tasted really good. I didn’t face any challenges thankfully. My greatest success is the outcome, it looked really good to me and tasted very good as well. I’m most proud of how I seasoned it with different seasonings because it enhanced the flavours.
