Reflect on how you manage stress in your life and care for your wellbeing. In particular, think about technology and if it is a cause or coping mechanism of stress for you. How has technology impacted your stress levels this year? How can you use technology to support you in you in your wellbeing?
I think I struggle with dealing with stress sometimes, and that I need to find more ways to cope with it. But the times I do deal with stress, I either talk about it with someone or do things that make me feel happy or calm me down. For example, playing guitar or playing video games. I think I do care for my wellbeing but not to an extent were I’ll monitor it everyday. Maybe if I’m feeling really down then that’s when I try my best to find ways to get myself back up.
Technology can be a coping mechanism for me. Like I said playing video games, or when I can’t talk to someone personally technology can help so I’m able to talk to them on call. Technology has impacted my stress levels this year in a good way and has been really helpful for me this year. I can use technology to support me in my wellbeing by continuing what I’m doing like asking for help when I need it from my friends using technology, maybe finding videos or pictures that make me happy, or even finding cooking recipes that are good but also healthy.
