On the last week of foods class before christmas break we decided to make a bunch of classic christmas cookies!! These cookies were shortbread, snickerdoodle, biscotti and gingerbread. They were all amazing and super easy to make, i only got pictures of the snicker-doodles and gingerbread. When i was making the shortbread, the pan slipped out of my hand and unfortunately ruined all of the cookies. The easiest one to make was the snickerdoodle cookies, they didn’t need much time to chill and all you had to do was roll them in sugar and cinnamon and then bake them. the hardest one to make was the biscotti because they had to bake for a long time and there was a lot of work with the baking and cutting of the cookies. all of the effort put into each of these cookies was worth it they were amazing!! print
