Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in…I communicated properly when I displayed a deeper understanding of the scene when I summarized it into key points and was able to decipher it more profoundly and find what moments from the past had frustrated him and what moments caused him embarrassment. I was also able to deliver this information to the class by presenting it clearly and precisely and didn’t follow a prepared script. I was able to demonstrate what I had learned clearly and concisely.
I show others that I truly value their contributions by… By making sure my part is to their level or even better. This presentation collaborated well with everyone in the group who did their part and provided feedback on others; doing this felt like everyone cared about their role and the others in the group. The last project was a little different, as my partner and I did most of the work. We showed that we valued each other’s contributions by ensuring we met the deadlines and had all the information adequately prepared and memorized before the presentation date.
Others find my feedback useful because I… Sometimes I disagree with others’ work because sometimes, it doesn’t go with the flow of the other ideas or if the information isn’t relevant. I usually offer constructive feedback, so my thoughts don’t appear harsh. I only provide constructive feedback if the picture is a super topic. I will usually let the idea develop and see where it ends up. I also like to provide reassuring comments to let my groupmates know that they are doing a good job or that their idea has the potential to develop into something greater.
To celebrate an accomplishment such as __, I … This is one goal I’m working towards. I sometimes forget to reward my achievements, keep working hard, and get burnt out before I should have. I can try to set goals, and once these goals have been developed, I celebrate by rewarding myself with physical items or time to rest this will allow me to succeed in the long run because I won’t get burnt out as fast as usual. I will stay motivated and dedicated for extended periods.
