Death of a Salesman Presentation

My PowerPoint Presentation

Core Competency Reflection

Some things I think about before dividing tasks among group members include the work load involved as well as what my group members are willing and able to do.

Group work requires organization and by having everybody in the group know exactly what they’re doing and knowing that they are able to get it done, it makes group work all the easier. My group did this on our Death of a Salesman project where each of us was given a certain portion to work on and we all knew what to do.

When faced with ambiguity or setbacks, I push myself forward to advance the development of my ideas.

Despite the external troubles I had while working on this project, I tried to push forward and complete the project.

I show that I value feedback from others in my group by listening to their input and taking it seriously.

When somebody gives me feedback, I listen attentively and apply their advice. This will help me to grow in my ability. On this project, I took some advice I was given in the past and applied it to better my work.

Goal for the Future

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I want to try getting to know my group first, that way the assignment will be more enjoyable and easier to work on for the whole group.
