Reflection
This lab was quite challenging and throughout I learned a lot during it, we learned how to make and fold our pasta into ravioli/ agnolotti shapes. It took a total of three days to prepare and eat and was overall worth it. The first day we made our dough and our spinach ricotta filling, the second day we cut, shaped and filled our pasta and the final day we cooked it and ate it. The method we used to make our pasta was flour mixture and pasta cookery. I would rate this recipe a 5/5 because although it wasn’t quick it was worth it and tasted great in the end.
