This lab we made pesto pasta which was amazing and this was by far my most favorite lab of this course. we made home made pesto sauce from scratch, we started by roasting our almonds and preparing our basil, lemon juice/zest and olive oil into a blender and blending until smooth and little to no chunks. we then refrigerated it to stay fresh and used about one to two scoops when making our pasta. I would rate this a 5/5 starts because it wasn’t to complicated and was so delicious to eat. I would 100% make this lab again for my family.
