Curricular Competencies Reflection

our group presentation on Eli Stands Alone from Green Grass Running Water acts as my artifact, shedding light on our collective communication and personal/social skills. This presentation shows the collaborative effort and showcases how my group navigated the complex task of analyzing a character. The artifact delves into Eli’s character but also serves as a mirror reflecting the effectiveness of our teamwork. I took lead of the presentation, managing and instructing my peers. We prescribed sections of the presentation to each member, they were in charge of bringing their end of the info to the table. I aided them in gathering the information and proofread their scripts. Communication was a key factor in making our presentation work.

Core Competencies Reflection (Communication)

Contrary to my usual reserved approach, this project made me  take initiative, by leading the creation of the PowerPoint. Embracing a more active role showed an untapped leadership potential, positively influencing the group and enhancing our presentation on Eli Stands Alone. This experience highlighted a shift in my collaborative approach, showcasing newfound adaptability and contribution in group setting
