When I am sad, angry or frustrated, listening to music helps me be more productive or calm. I always listen to music whenever I’m sad or frustrated. It has always calmed me down, my dad introduced me to rock music as a child, ever since then i’ve been in love.
If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to a brain break, go for a walk, go on my phone then get back into it stronger.
I used to not think before i speak and now I know that when i think before i speak, a better outcome happens because I have matured and realized the better in life.
