The city planner project helped me understand how demographics impact community because this project helped me learned the commuinity is developed by demographics. For example if there are many people working in the demographic, we can build more bus stop for them, if there are many student go to school, we can make school for student or houses for living near the school or can make many people come to coquitlam.
