Math 11 foundation stats unit self assessment

This unit I learned that stats can be used for many things other than sports etc. it helped me realize that some math are used in real life situations and that we can use it to help us in business or anything I need.I understood the confidence levels probably the best out of all them and I felt like I did good on it because I got the help I needed when didn’t know what to do. I would like to work on to understand more of the unit next time and hopefully have a better time understating it and using the concept I can do this by preparing more and reviewing over work more often and Then I’ll be even more prepared for the next test.

Curricular Competencies Reflection

I comprehended and connected when reading this poem, because the poem was reviewing what had happen to all the first peoples and the europeans and her emotions. The writer made me able to comprehend how the europeans took over their land and had completely crushed the first peoples. This had then left a mental and physical scar on the first peoples. I could also relate to this poem at the start of it when she was talking it had brought me back to when we went on are walks in English class.

Core Competencies Reflection

I had to use my thinking skills to help me develop knowledge and truly know my artifact and not only look at it from one point of view. I used my thinking skills to have to see how the poem was built and structured and how the poems tone in every section of writing. I used my thinking to gain a better understanding of the poem and how it affected the first peoples and that made my knowledge of this topic and theme.
