Fitness and conditioning 11/12

My long-term fitness goals are to improve my cardio to have to ability to do long-distance running/trail running and continue with my gym workouts to build muscle and prevent weight gain in my later years. The workouts prescribed by Mr. Oriel as seen in my artifact have given me the opportunity to do exercises I would not normally do and also have improved my form to prevent injuries while performing exercises. I plan to maintain my current workout schedule after high school and keep a healthy diet.
