Participating in group work 

I participate in group work well because everyone is doing something we can work on, we get to talk to one another give feedbacks or giving our opinion on things and help each other out if needed. I used group work in English where we read a story then talked about are opinions on it with what we think.

The ways I can identify in which my strengths can help me meet my challenges is by my strengths is doing good with participating in group work and how I can my challenges can be opportunities for growth is asking more questions or talking more being more socialized in the group.
