Self-Assessment Paragraph:

When I need to boost my mood or refocus in class I find listening to music helps me a lot, it helps me get more work done and be motivated to use the time I have in class to do work wisely. An example of something I have spent a lot of time on learning would be work I missed or demonstrations I missed due to being away. I found myself doing extra work at home to help me understand certain units that did not come as easy to me as others to understand. By keeping to myself in the classroom, I make a positive difference to my peers by not being disruptive and allowing others to be able to concentrate on their work. When I need to work collaboratively with people I do not know well I find it easiest to introduce myself and push myself out of my comfort zone to ask questions if I do not understand how they got there answer to the equation or any work we are doing in the class.
