This week I decided to make something pretty healthy, zucchini noodles with shrimp. To startt it smelt so good. It was a mixture of a lemon scent and a garlic scent. It tasted exactly how it smelt. It was visually very appealing. The colours were very bright. I didn’t look up a recipe, I just asked my n what usually goes into this dish. The only change to this dish would be adding more shrimp and garlic. The one Chalamet I had was making the zucchini into noodles. I kind of just gave up on that part and my mom did it for me. My greatest success was coming the shrimp properly because I didn’t want it to be over done and I didn’t want it to be raw either. I was most proud of the fact that it was a take tasty dish but super healthy.
