Curricular Response

In this paragraph, I had to compare and contrast two movies related to humans relying on technology. In which I had both strengths and weaknesses in my writing. For my weaknesses, I need to improve in making my paragraphs more smooth. Whether it is within the transitions or simply improving the structure itself. I could also improve my pruning so the paragraphs have more clarity. For strengths, I can gather important quotations that support my claims. They still need to be integrated more smoothly but at least they match my claims.

Core Competency Self-Reflection

Writing is an aspect of creativity for me. Whether it’s easy or hard depends on what I’m writing about. It is easy for me because ideas are always flowing in my head, and sometimes, when I start writing, I can’t stop. However, it is also hard because since I write a lot, sometimes I don’t connect my points properly, which makes my writing not as smooth as I would want it to be. Writings that are easier for me are the ones where you have the free choice of talking about whatever you want, either my life or something I enjoy doing. I don’t write outside of a formal school situation, at least not anymore. I’m busy with homework and studying. I enjoyed it a lot when I was younger since it gave me a sense of peace, so maybe I’ll start doing it again.
