People are stressed out in life. And there are different stresses for different age groups. It is very diverse for teenagers to study and for adults to plan for the future. These days, technology has developed so much that there are many people who are technically stressed. There is no one in the world without stress. It is good to stress less, but if you can’t, how to relieve and manage the stress is also very important. I relieve my stress by listening to songs. Songs make me feel calm. Sometimes they make me happy and the lyrics comfort me when I am sad. Listening to a song is very simple and trivial, but the impact it brings is tremendous. In fact, I think a lot of people relieve their stress by listening to it. First of all, technology is not my cause of stress. Of course, I’m not saying that I don’t get stressed out, but it plays a greater role in relieving stress than I do getting stressed out. In fact, it’s not that technology is too good to relieve stress. I think it’s best to relieve stress through moving the body or artistic activities. Of course, it varies from person to person, so it’s actually best to solve it by using the method that suits you.
