We demonstrated communication because we talked to each other about who wanted to be in which photo and how were should take it. I can work with others to achieve a common goal; I do my share. Whenever I am in a group, we usually split up the parts so it’s fair for everyone. This way, we also get things done faster so we can achieve our goal faster. I always make sure I do my part so it’s fair for everyone.

I would go to Costa Rica because of the landmarks. The places seem very fun, cool, and a good place to go on vacation for. The food in Costa Rica also looks very good.
Core competencies reflection
I can form new ideas to create new things. I can also build on the ideas of others. I always try and think of ideas that I believe would have a positive impact on our project. When my partner has ideas that we all agree on, I try to see what we can do to make it even better.
I find it easy to be part of a group. This is because I find it easy to communicate with others and come up with ideas. I also find working with other people easier because you could get more done when working with other people.
I ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener. Whenever I have a question I make sure to ask someone who might know the answer. Whenever someone in my group is talking I always make sure I am listening to them.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior. I always try my best to be respectful whenever I disagree with something. Whenever I see someone in my group not talking a lot/ not getting to talk, I would kind of ask them their opinion and see what they think.
