strategies that I personally use to maintain a healthy and balanced online presence include: not having any form of social media, only commenting on things if I feel very strongly on and if it won’t effect anyone negatively, and limiting my screen time.
I value treating people with respect, this influences my decisions about what I comment online about what other people have posted. I only comment on something if it won’t hurt or effect anyone negatively and if it is respectful to other peoples beliefs.
My online support network is helpful to me because they help me when I don’t know how to do something. my online support groups are things like: Youtube, teams, and email.
