Classy Chicken

This is a dish that I had to take a picture off line of because I completely forgot to take a photo of the dish I created. It turned out amazingly! I used a recipe my mom owned and I added rice crisp’s and butter on the top to give the dish a bit of a crunch. The process wasn’t much time consuming. I just had to add the chicken to the stove until it was white on the outside. In the mean time while the meat was cooking and I was occasionally mixing it, I was cutting up broccoli so I could steam it. Once those two parts were done after seven minutes or so, I added the meat to the casserole dish and did the following with the broccoli. I grated cheese over it and cooked it in the oven. When it was cooking in the oven I made rice to go along with it. Overall it turned out really well and I wouldn’t change how it went.
