How I handle stress:
I handle stress in a few ways, listening to music, taking a break from social media, going on a run/working-out, baking/cooking, drawing, and reading. Sometimes using tech like my phone is pretty stressful even more when you use social media (Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc) it can be very stressful trying to keep up with all of the newest trends. Trying to keep up with all the lastest things can be pretty stressful and hard because sometimes it makes me think I need to be on top of it all. Using technology is definitely not a coping mechanism for me I think it causes more stress than help. I don’t think it impacted my stress levels this year that much there may be a time where I get confused trying to figure something out but that’s it. I can use it in many ways to help my well-being. I take care of my well-being in a lot of ways like basic hygiene, working out, taking time for myself, and etc. Sometimes I use my laptop or my phone to figure out something to add to my workout to make it more challenging for me, I can try to use it to get ideas for what to draw because I find drawing calming for me. Maybe watching something on Netflix, Youtube, and Disney+.
