Collaboration

I chose our fetal pig dissection as my artifact for collaboration because it was our biggest lab this semester. I collaborated throughout the lab with my partner to dissect and identify parts of the pig for our lab write up as well as an oral test. We worked together to find the parts and learn about them as well as asking questions when we needed to. This lab helped us learn about parts and organ systems of the pig that closely resemble the parts of a human specifically the digestive tract. This lab helped me develop my knowledge on the digestive tract and its parts, as well as how they work. If I were to do this lab again, I would approach the dissection more carefully and try to use other classmates pigs to learn as well.
