Communication

I am deciding to reflect on the pig dissection lab I had taken part in. During this lab I discovered a lot of new interesting things that I didn’t know before such as how the organs really look inside a pig, how long the small intestine can be and how to cut out the small intestine. During this lab there was also a ton of communication and collaboration from my partner and I. I can ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener by fully paying attention to what my partner is communicating to me and by giving back feedback. My partner and I communicated amongst each other to identify each of the organs and by assessing each others knowledge on the names of the organs within the pig. During this lab our teacher had taken a small quiz on our knowledge of the different parts within the pig, during this quiz my partner and I took turns to collaborate our knowledge to the teacher and we ended up passing the quiz! I am glad that I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group setting and do my share.
