Reflection

Cookies were the first lab we did in this semester, it was an easy lab and the purpose was to bond with my group and remember the basics from last year. We focused on getting the perfect measurement and cleaning dishes. Before the lab we watched a video explaining how cookies bake in the oven. I learned many things during the video including the leaving agents do, the stages and the process, and that “Bakers are mad scientist.” This lab overall, was the perfect lab to remember all the things i have learned from last year. A problem that I had was that cookies were not similar in shape so the end product had turned the way i didn’t want it to.
