Frittata

Reflection

At first looking at this recipe, I didn’t know what a fritatta was. After watching the demonstration i had a little bit of an idea what a fritatta was. My partner and I decided to pick all the vegetables because they looked like they go well with the fritatta. Egg cookery was a method we got used to. We used this method couple of times during the semester. Knife skills was a method that we were focusing on most of the time. This lab was focused on our culinary skills and knowing which vegetable would take longer and shorter. Some mistakes we could of made was the timing of when we put the vegetable. The onions wasn’t caramelized enough to give the taste we wanted. Overall this was a fun and delicious lab.
