Reflection

We thought this dish was going to be challenging; nevertheless, it was very simple. Ms.Bolli was able to get us a perfect sized pie crust. So we can quickly make a delicious quiche. It was my first time making a quiche so watched a lot of video of how to make one. This was our second recipe for our design our own breakfast lab. The quiche turned out very nice. Next time I would add more cheese to get the wonderful flavour stronger, as it was not balanced.
