Collaborating in CLE 10
I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. A challenge I encountered when working on my core competency skill was figuring out how to put my thoughts into words when explaining my inputs. I learned that doing your share in a group project is key for a good outcome. I can apply this skill in my everyday life in school for any group projects coming up, and I will also know how to share responsibilities fairly and do my share well. This skill is important in an everyday life because in my future job, I will have to know how to deal with a group/team and know how to deal with that environment.
