I am usually excited to play various sports with my peers every day.

Personal Health and Awareness

when I need to boost my mood or refocus, taking short breaks can help me boost my mood or refocus before getting back on task. When I am sad, angry or frustrated, listening to music or doing exercise for a bit can help me be more productive or calm. Some of the things I do to stay mentally and physically healthy is eating good food and staying in shape whether it’s working out or playing sports. All of these help me stay in good shape or health, and be more happy.

Core Competency Reflection

I work with others to achieve a goal, an example is working with my peers to win in a game of a sport we play.

I can advocate for myself by knowing my limit if I am injured or hurt during PE.

I am kind to others and support others when they need it like giving them a high five if they accomplish something or try to help if they need it.

I make choices that keep me safe in my community and online by being careful with what I say to others.
