Personal Awareness and Responsibility: How I manage school-related stres

I can prevent some school-related stress by sitting down for 5 minitus and just think about what I need to do first and then finish that and most of the time after that it fells a lot less challenging.

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I go play sports watch youtube or do anything to completly take my mind off the test quiz or assingment for a little wile so i can refocus when i study agian.

When I make mistakes, I don’t beat myself up. Instead I focus on what I did well and after the fact I will look back and try to find out what I did wrong.

My support network is helpful to me because when I am in a streesful situation I can talk it through with them and having a second opinion allways help lessen the stress
