Personal Awareness and Responsibility: How I manage school-related stress

I can prevent some school-related stress by doing my best to complete the work in class, so it reduces my work load. I can also ask my teacher or my class-mates for help.

When I make mistakes, I don’t beat myself up. Instead I reflect on my mistake and think of how I could do better next time.

When I am feeling anxious about a test, I can calm myself by studying little sections at a time, so I don’t overwhelm myself.

Some of the things I do to stay mentally and physically healthy include eating healthy and getting daily exercise.
