Communication core competecy

For my Communication core competecy, I am able to understrand and share information from my projects like the CC timeline which was from black history. I am able to consider different perspectives to help me connect with others. in order for me to successfully complete timeline I asked If i was could do it in powerpoint or not.

Life Saving Measure

I learned for Naloxone, people who snores could be overdosed on drugs.People could go to a public washroom and die from over dose of drugs. People could be doing drugs because of all the issues that they are going through.

These information is important because in life if I see someone who is unconcious as in if they aren’t breathing and isn’t able to respond I will know what to do with the Naloxone.

Critical and Reflective Thinking Competency Reflection 

I can analyze evidence to make judgements. This relates to me because I am able to think judgements as if I am able to do it or not able to do it. I am also able to make judgements on if it is helpful because If it wasn’t helpful I would’nt know what was the information today.

How has COVID-19 changed our world?

What is it?

Covid-19 was a virus that spreaded quickly to different countries making people sick.

How does/can it occur?

It can occur because it spread rapidly when the droplets drops by someone with the virus who coughs or sneeze.

Effects on people and/ or environment?

It effectts people by giving them a symptom or mental health problems. The symptoms makes u lose the feeling of taste and it makes sleep problems and joint and muscle pain.

Prevention

The prevention for Covid-19 is to get vaccinated and to always stay home when sick. Also trying to stay 6 feet away from other people.

Preparedness

When it cames for preparing people usaully to stay with the accurate news and information. Also when leaving home always bring a handsenitizer.

Real life and examples

This is a example of people who have to stay 6 feet away when socializing

Hazards and safety

For the hazards of covid 19 is that it spreads quickly to other people whoever socializes and ignore the 6 foot away rule. The safety for covid 19 is to avoid crowds and to always wear a fitted mask.

Core Competency

As part of Mr.Peterson’s class for metal art,11 we did a project on a metal rose a vase. For this project we needed to cut certain shapes from a sheet of copper. It took me some time to cut out the pieces. Next we needed to use the torch to change the colour of the copper. After I waited for the pieces to cool down I grabbed a copper rod and cleaned it with scotchbrite. Once I finished cleaning the rod I had to sother the pieces together then I had to plan out the vase for the metal rose. For the vase I needed only some bolts,screws,and nuts. Once I got all the materials I cleaned it with scotchbrite. After I cleaned the materials I used the electric sothered the pieces together to form the vase for the metal rose. Something I like from doing this project is electric sothering and using the torch. Something I disliked was setting up the machine for the electric sothering.

Why Mooch always asks for thing.

Mooch is always asking for things because he can’t make his own money. He’s always asking Floyd to buy him a beer.

“Can you buy me a beer? I’ll pay you back next time.”

I think the reason Mooch is borrowing from people is because of his past.

Mooch asked Floyd if he could “borrow” the salmon sandwich and beer that Floyd brought to fishing.

“Is that a salmon sandwich you got there?”

I believe that Mooch asked Floyd if he could “borrow” the sandwich and beer because he couldn’t afford what Floyd can afford.

Mooch is always stealing money from June to buy pull tabs.

“I took June groceries money this time.”

I think Mooch feels badly for taking June’s money.

We know he is a mooch because of how quickly he agrees when someone makes a statement about him asking for things.

My cover letter

I can demonstrated Collaborating in CLE through my cover letter that we did in CLE. I participated by doing the cover letter. I can communicate with other people to profred it. After communicating with people I can fix the parts that needed to be fixed. I can develop idea’s to add more to the cover letter in CLE. I can cooperate with other people to profred their cover letter.
