My strengths and qualities are much different than these goals as I am usually an average student that is pretty decent with hands on work. On the other hand, I am a bit lazy when it comes to studying, bad at math, and I usually stay up late which is why I chose the goals I did. I have shown that I am able to manage my wellbeing by showing determination on wanting to better myself, I used to do the bare minimum but I realized that it is not enough. I can take notes on my device about the progress that I make weekly as I feel like daily is unnecessary. I have already advocated myself by committing to my sleep goal especially as I feel like it’s the worst one. I have been doing daily check ins in my careers class and it has showed me that I need to get more sleep which is what I have been doing. IN math and socials, I have been asking my friends for assistance and getting help when needed.
