PHE 9AH reflection

My stressors

Some of my stress is related to homework and when I cant sleep it gives me headaches with is very related to stress and when i workout a lot it feels very stressfull also sometimes I dont get a long with my familymembers and it puts a lot of stress in my head.

When im stressed out i can do somethings that will make my stress not as bad by going to lie down and watch a movie or i can listen to music and drink water
