When I am sad, angry, or frustrated, listening to music or talking to my friends helps me be more productive or calm.
If there is a disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to take a vote or try all of the ideas until we get an answer everyones happy with.
When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I like to listen to music.
When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I would first introduce myself and then try and work with them.
