Reflection

in this lab we got to design our own chicken sandwich. Looking at how different countries use different spices and flavors to make each traditional foods. I picked Mexican because I love the Mexican spice and flavors. I decided to put cabbage on the bottom, chicken on top of the cabbage and some tortilla chips on top of the chicken to make a delicious sandwich. I didn’t learn any techniques in this lab because my culinary class makes this sandwich on a daily base.
