Spinach Agnolotti/ravioli

Reflection

This lab I learned a lot of new things such as making my own first ravioli and stuffing. I never thought the ravioli will cook in only 5 minutes. Since I love Italian food, rolling pasta was the best part. Learning to roll pasta for the first time in foods gives me a motivation to learn all the techniques for each type of pasta. All the pepper in the sauce (butter, olive oil, and garlic) helped the flavor of the bland ravioli. This was a delicious quick recipe that I enjoyed.
