Reflection

this simple dish came out really well. The only technique I think while working on this dish was getting the whipped cream to perfect consistency. This was the other recipe we chose from reddit for the Halloween dessert party. Tasting cream puffs for the first time I did not expect much. Even thought it was just bread and whipped cream, the simplicity didn’t stop it from being the perfect combination.
