Reflection

after making the risotto, Ms.Bolli told us to make risotto ball. At first, I didn’t know what risotto balls were but after looking at (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xSml-9N3rM) this video I had an idea to what a risotto ball is. When we first touched the risotto it had a really weird feeling. I had troubles with shaping the risotto into a ball because it kept falling apart. But after a few touches it came out really well. I was happy to see my risotto balls crispy and golden brown. I think it came out like that because my frying oil was hot and perfect temperature.
