What is your strength in group work? How do you use this to actively contribute during group work activities?
My strength in group work includes quick problem solving and communicating with my peers. I actively listen to my peers in any given situation and we solve questions together as a team rather than independently. When something is wrong I try to correct these issues and create plausible solutions in a confident manner. This skill is helpful to me and my classmates because we gain more understanding with each and every question which builds on to future skills that we require in the future.
How do you prepare for a test? Does this seem to work for you? Are there changes you need to make to ensure your are successful?
When preparing for a test, I try to prepare by reading the material in the workbook and completing the review sheets. When I am stuck or confused with a question, I always ask my peers or the teacher to clarify and strengthen my understanding of a concept. Overall, I think this method has been effective with my learning and success.
