About the Project

what i did was i had created the opening statement in our but that wasn’t really hard it was mainly getting data for countries where prostitution is legal, i had to go through a lot of sites to go through to get info in order to make sure the data is true

Core Competency Reflection

I can work with others to achieve a goal by collaborating and coming together to critical think on the work that has been assigned and making sure it gets done.

I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group I do my share my ideas in order to help others who may have trouble generating an idea and help when needed to help someone generate an idea.

I can recognize different points of view and can disagree respectfully by looking at that persons or info’s perspective and analyzing the data seeing where there is flaws and pointing them out with an explanation as to why i disagree.

I can encourage others to share their voices and value diverse perspectives by giving them a chance to speak when they may have an idea but isn’t really insistive of sharing there info or idea by being patient and freedom of speech.

One Goal

I can ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener. i think i would need to focus more and listen more to what my peers and teachers say and asking for help when needed instead i should ask question to make me understand more than keeping quite i feel this is stuff i should work on in the future.

Core competency Reflection

I know the group is working well together when i see everyone collaborating and critical thinking towards contributing towards the project.

one strategy or activity that stimulates my imagination is when i critical think and see how to solve a question/problem in to giving the right answer and making sure i go over the same question/problem again in order to understand it.

My strategies for collecting relevant information to specific tasks include making the information that i have researched is true instead of it being false also making sure it relates to the task and answers the question.

My Goal

The goal i need to work on mostly when i need to boost my mood or re focus i feel as if i am not focused enough in class and i get distracted very easily i need to work on this way more in order to get my work done more efficiently it play a crucial role in my school work and improving my focus towards my assignments i feel would make huge difference by benefiting me more.

Core Competency

This artifact connects with my core competency because it is showing a demonstration of how me and my group members had mixed chemicals with other chemicals to decide whether they were acids or bases. the skills that were gained from this project were working with group members and communicating and understanding the work that is being done and applying these skills on future group projects. Also demonstrating safety techniques while working with chemicals in the lab.

What is your strength in group work? How do you use this to actively contribute during group work activities?

My strength in group work is questioning and understanding and solving the answer and using critical thinking while solving the problems with fellow group members

I contribute these skills by making sure the other group members understand the math problem and using critical thinking with the questions and working as a team to solve these equations

What does it mean to be disciplined in math? How do you show you are disciplined in this course?
to be disciplined in math means to be respectful to one another while solving questions to respect people’s answers even though they might be wrong and to listen while the teacher is talking

I show it by being respectful to other classmates and the teacher and listening while the teacher is talking and participating in class activities

My Writing

As an active listener, I notice that that i can pay attention when the teacher is talking and make sure that the instructions that are given to me can be applied and executed well in my work and I also pay attention to detail.

I use evidence to make judgements or decisions as demonstrated in my work I always make sure to see my decisions or my evidence before i can use it my work because analyze what judgement or decision before i put it in my i need to make sure that these judgements or decision will be good and i need to see they would be any consequences or errors in my work

My strategies for collecting relevant information for specific tasks include making sure that it isn’t false information that would affect my work in any way possible so i make sure to analyze this information before i can use it. Another one would be checking if it is plagiarized from any source because plagiarizing from another source can end up in a lot of consequences. And i finally make sure to give credit to the source i took the information from because you need to cite your work.

What is the role of the citizen of Canada? Explain the role of the citizen in the community and the nation, and as a member of the world community.

the role of a citizen in Canada is to follow the law express ones opinions freely while respecting the rights and freedoms of others. To help those in your community, for example, through volunteering. To take responsibility to also protect then environment.

I can analyze evidence to make judgements.

when i need to analyze evidence to make judgements i make sure to see the evidence then look at it very closely to see where now i can put that into a judgement and also look at it in a another perspective then after all of that i will put the information i have into the judgement and finally go over it one more time and if it good i will make the judgement.

Do I look for personal relationships that confirm or challenge my beliefs, values, and ideas? Why?

yes, because i like to see my challenges to see if i can correct them i make no longer a challenge to me anymore i like also looking at my beliefs to see valid toward me or anything i use it for also i see my values to appreciate what i have with me i what i have i can works with. i also like make interesting ideas to see if they perform very well onto what i use them for.

I can analyze my own beliefs and consider views that do not fit with them.

what i do to analyze my beliefs are i will put them into a perspective and see how they would work see what doesn’t make sense or what can be improved in them and i will also see what doesn’t just make sense in them or doesn’t fit in.

One strategy or activity that stimulates my imagination is i make sure that i can analyze what i need to imagine by looking at examples which triggers my brain into another perspective into seeing what it actually is.

An example of something I have spent a lot of time learning about is how to analyze and see the significance of that thing or object whilst looking at it and seeing it from another perspective in my head and taking notes the points that i have seen about it to make more clear to me
