Law- Debate

The law debate is about getting into a group with about 5 people and working together to have an argument about a topic. I had the topic of polygamy. I had to research with my group to find the con of polygamy and evidence that supports it.

Core Competency Reflection

I can ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener. When I wasn’t sure about the topic and how the debate goes I asked my group. I also answered questions my group had.

I can work with others to achieve a goal. I worked with my group to achieve the knowledge about the topic and we worked together to make the debate successful.

I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. We all had different tasks and we all completed the tasks we were given. I did my share in the group project.

I can find it easy to be part of a group. I found it easy to talk with others and to collaborate with them. We all built onto each others ideas and the group project was successful.

I can form new ideas to create new things. I hope I can form new ideas on my own and create new things instead of building onto peoples ideas. To achieve this goal I will do more research about the topic and come up with a question I have.
